We conduct a thorough internal and external inspection of the property looking for major structural defects. Maintenance and general advice items are also included (an extensive but not an exhaustive list). All inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Building Standards AS4349.1. We have developed a comprehensive on site checklist and process to be followed for all inspections.

This ensures that our high quality control standards are maintained for all inspections.

We listen to any concerns you may have about the property and address these at the inspection. General advice is also given in relation to any renovation and / or extension queries you have. Cost estimates for repairs, renovations and extensions can be provided if requested.

When can you carry out the inspection?
We generally require 24 hours notice to organise an inspection. Same day inspections can sometimes be organised.

When do I get my Report?
You will receive your full written Report by email or fax, in most cases, the business day following the inspection. If you have an URGENT situation we can sometimes organise to have the Report to you the same day.

Can I attend the inspection?
You are very welcome to attend the inspection and speak directly with the Inspector. If you are not able to attend, that is fine (most people don’t), the Inspector is available to speak with you before and after the inspection.
